Our pastured pork will be ready by the end of August.
We are taking five black Berkshire hogs to T&E meats at the end of August. These pigs were purchased in March and have been clearing the back of our property. They have been fed a small amount of organic grains, peas and alfalfa, as well as kitchen scraps. The rest of their diet is grass and forage. 1/2s and full will be available.
